Disposal of RTI cases, how fast ?

Dr. M. Faiyazuddin

The disposal of cases under RTI by the PIOs and the manner in which they are disposed off need proper evaluation by the govt. in order to monitor the success rate of this act. Most people do not use RTI simply because PIOs do not respond properly and follow up action is time taking and trouble some. A long que of cases can be seen pending for decision before the CIC or SICs of the states. Speedy disposal of RTI cases is required if this law is to achieve success in India.

Faiyaziddin Sir You are very right The success of this act lies in Quick action of the Govt. The Govt must quickly amend the required things to make this act more strong. Otherwise it will be like Consumer Court Cases.
