How to Check Transfer Status?

How to withdraw PF money & check the withdrawal status??

To withdraw PF money you need to fill the form no.19 (Employees' Provident Fund Scheme, 1952) and Form No.10C (Employee’s Pension Scheme, 1995) and you can withdraw the PF deposited to your account by your previous Employer. Forms available here: http://www.epfindia.nic.in/

FOR Claim Status (all INDIA) try here: http://www.epfindia.nic.in/ClaimStatus_New.html

The Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952 has a unique provision casting the responsibility to settle claims within 30 days on the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner concerned.

How to withdraw PF money without involving/sign of employer.

If the company is closed and the employer is either not traceable or refused to sign the subscriber to the fund can still submit his claim for settlement through other means. It is the duty of the employer under the Act & Scheme to help Employees' Provident Fund organization to settle the Provident Fund dues of his employees. He has to complete the prescribed application within 5 days of receipt [para72 (5)] forms & hand over it to the member when he leaves the service. When a member finds it difficult to get the form attested by the employer, he can get the attestation of any of the following officer & send to the Provident Fund office:

  1. Manager of a bank.
  2. By any gazetted officer.
  3. Member of the Central Board of Trustees./ committee/ Regional Committee (Employees'
  4. Provident Fund Organization).
  5. Magistrate/ Post/ Sub Post Master/ President of Village Panchayat/ Notary Public.

Dear Sir,

I have worked in State Bank of India from 15.05.2009 to 06.03.2010 and resigned on 06.03.2010 after fulfilling all their dues. Post-resignation, I immediately claimed for the refund of my own contribution in company's pf account. I have applied twice, but till now, have got no reply from State Bank of India. I am having photocopy n received copy (by branch official) of my applications. Now please guide me on how can I get my hard-earned pf money back.

Online PF account details from July 1

KOLKATA: The Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) today said account details would be available online from July 1.

"You can watch the account balance of your PF online from July 1," Assistant PF Commissioner Kanchan Roy said at an interactive session at Bengal National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

"This indeed would be a great help to about 5 crore PF subscribers in India ," he said.

EPFO plans to replace PF account number with unique identification number, a move which will help in speedy transfer of a subscribers' funds in case of job change and allow them to track their accounts online.

The replacement of PF account number with the UID number will be done after inter-connecting all regional and sub offices of the EPFO by March, 2012.

My PF withdrawal form 19 and 10C were submitted to RPFC on 13th Oct 2011. When I check status now, it shows only for form 19. It doesnt show anything for form 10. When I tried to check with them, i dint get proper response.

Can I file RTI to know the status and delay in settlement? i think PF settlement should happen in 30 days right?

Hi,

I had Filled in the forms (Form 19 and Form No 10-C(E.P.S)) and submitted for PF withdrawl in June 2011, I got a message on 2/2/2012 stating that my withdrawl claim has been rejected and I do not have a reason.

I tried contacting the office however they either gave me another number or didnt pick up.

What should I do?
