RTI has empowered common to question those officers who were earlier inaccessible to common man. There is no faer of earning the wrath of an officer. I asked a rude Principal of a govt. school about the facility provided to the students of the school. The school was running from 8.00 am to 3.00pm. The Principal himself was found counting the number of fans in each class rooms. The timing was changed from 8.00am to 1.45pm as soon as my application reached.
