2. Exam results not declared.

   Hello@Prasad GLN and everyone, I have given my exam for Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector from Maharashtra Public Service Commission last year in March and results have not been announced yet. I want to file an RTI for this but I don't know what points to be asked in RTI regarding this matter and what to write in it. Can help me in it?

3. Without prior intimation issued charge sheet regarding

   I am TSRTC employee I had applied for two days leaves on 16/12/2020 and 17/12/2020 on 14/12/2020 with perior intimation to concern duty booking (ADC) and droped my leave letter in leave box, and same leave letter email to depot manager. After applying leaves with perior intimations to authority issued charge sheet against me for absent on 17 /12/2020 and provided me charge sheet after completion of muster roll. In TSRTC muster roll period for employees is from 17/12/2020 to 16/01/ 2021 I received charge sheet from the depot authority on 19/01/2021 after completion of muster roll.    Hello sir, I Galibe Vishal from Hyderabad Telangana state, u want to file a RTI in postal department, my father buyed a INDIRA VIKAS PATAR in Afzalgunj Post office , which is transferred to Begum bazar post office ,. My father buyed a property , in the year 1993, had nha paid through the bond Indira Vikas Patra around 236000, was handed over to him , but he is saying that I dint take it , my father has given original bond to him & maturity date is in year 1995,1996, so I want to know in post office about the details of INDIRA VIKAS PATAR BOUND so please guide me,,, photo copy has enclosed with bound number, original was given to him

15. Regarding presence in first appeal

17. I need my duplicate marksheet from Bundelkhand University

    I passed out from Bundelkhand University in 2007. My marksheets have been lost. So I filed an online RTI from the https://rtionline.up.gov.in portal to get he copy of my marksheets and degree. The nodal officer returned back my RTI request stating that the duplicate marksheets should be applied from the university website. I filed the first appeal stating that I don't have the roll no. of my marksheet, thus the copy of the marksheet should be provided as per the RTI.     Filed RTI with Cabinet Secretariat seeking information about IRCS( Red Cross) TN State branch. CIC has ruled that IRCS is a public authority and PIO's from all states are appearing before CIC. Cabinet secretariat PIO transferred the RTI application u/s 6(3) to CPIO, MOHW The Union Health Minister is also the Chairman of Indian Red Cross Society.     some of the government sectors has been kept aside to provide information under RTI ACT. But sir it is very difficult to digest DRI which seizes the smuggled goods and generates income to the govt of india. They also post information on as and when the raids are conducted in there website and also provide information to the local news papers for years. But when i asked to provide the same information which they are maintaining refused to provide the same and given by rejecting the same under section 24, Please advice shall i go-ahead and go for first appeal or it is not worth.
