   The SPIO rejected my RTI saying that the societies donot come under RTI act. He also attached an order of CIC delhi.

2. Rejection of photo copy of birth certificate

   A RTI was filed by third person who is an advocate also asking for attested copies of birth certificate of some Mr X.RTI was rejected quoting " this information is personal in nature Sec 8(1) j and can not be provided to third person. PIO also mentioned there is no second copy of birth certificate stored in office ( they take a print out and signed it and issue the certificate). In cases of lost or destroyed copies parents can give request on affidavit and duplicate copy can be issued. He also mentioned an advocate can't file RTI as an advocate but can as a citizen only. What is the legal position in such cases what to do next

3. How to stop selling government land by government?

   AP goverment decided to sell properties to make sure to utilise for welfare schemes. Now they decided to sell 50 cents of land in middle of my town Singarayakonda approximately for 5 cr or above.. 4. Karnataka State Open University - Non issue of Degree Certificate and Transcripts

   Last year (2019), I had filled an RTI for KSOU (a friend of mine advised me), asking for the fees and procedures to get my degree and Transcripts with OnlineRTI. They wrote/edited content as per my requirements and shared it with KSOU. Within 40 days, I got my response, and I was shared the appropriate documents and instructions. With the help of 3rd party University Transcript Procurement services, I applied to KSOU for the same documents. 5. Seeking infomormation on compliance of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

   Hello RtiIndia forum members I seek your support on an RTI I filed recently and the response I got. As this was the first time I filed an RTI, I think I didn't ask the right questions due to which I didn't get required answers. This is the RTI I filed: DOCAF/R/E/20/00659 And this is the response I got Basically I wanted to know, if expiry date is required according to new act, then why are ecommerce companies not following it, has government taken any action against companies and if it is allowed to skip expiry date under any other rule. 15. Gender difference in TSRTC Hyderabad.

    Sir, Telangana State government issued guidelines to TSRTC not operate bus services in Hyderabad city. Due to Covid-19 pandemic. But in the month of June - 2020 in muster roll TSRTC paid full salary to the female employees when they were not present to the duties. But the male employees after performing there duties they didn’t got there full salary. Already government issue guidelines to the TSRTC to give full salary to all employees. Who are able to attend duties and unable to attend to the duties in the lock down period. TSRTC depot Managers wantedly calling to the employees when there are no buses runing in the Hyderabad city Region…

24. Financial Frauds in RRB - Second Appeal

    I filed RTI against a Regional Rural Bank regarding FInancial frauds which was rejected by PIO and FAA of that RRB stating : Section 8(1)(j) not involving public interest and invasion of privacy , Section (1)(e) held in Fiduciary capacity by the Bank . I also Filed RTI to RBI , Indian Bank , NABARD , CVC regarding Frauds in that RRB ...All agencies forwarded the application to that RRB stating that they dont have records with them.     I worked in an Institute as a scientist under a fellowship sanctioned to me by DBT. The grant money comes to Institute account and the institute paid my salary from this grant. After completion of my 4 years tenure, as per rules I got signatures from various authorities into a No demand certificate form, including purchase officer, head, section officer, cashier etc. The FAO (Finance & Account officer) wrote in my form that "there is a need to clear the liabilities of my project" The only liabilities are from Institute part-my last month salary & remaining grant money to DBT.
