3. How do I get information about my EPF from private airlines.

   Hi folks, My last employer (a private airline), is stonewalling parting with my EPF & Gratuity Dues, and my present employer ( another private airline ) is deducting it's own contribution, from MY salary. How do I go about showing them the error of their ways and more importantly getting my dues back?

6. How to get my mothers passport

   Hello all, My mother applied to passport twice, she is a Kashmiri migrant living in Delhi, first time she applied , it got rejected, because she was not at that time present at her rented apartment in delhi and the landlord said to the inspector that they actually are from kashmir. But from past 15 years once been kicked out from her home, she has been living in jammu and now in delhi in different rented facility. Now she applied again and still it is now Feb. and she applied last Oct. , she is still waiting Also she is not educated so no written records. My mothers passport no. is 9005128606 file no. 8. The Appellate authority is not passing clear order

   I need help: The appellate authority is not giving appropriate reply, the decision is vague and is asking question instead. What are the powers of Appellate Authority? Can't AA have powers over PIO?

9. Passport woes

   Despite easier rules to obtain a passport, my case has been(and is) a nightmarish one. Two previous applications to the Bareilly Passport Office(one in 2000, the other in 2003), yielded no passports, because I was studying in Delhi, and address verification at my Dehra Dun home couldn't get done(although I did reach home both times to do the needful - read going to the SHO in Doon valley, meeting travel agents of various kinds, etc.) Now I need a tatkal passport as I need to travel from office to Canada. Several trips to the Delhi RPO yield nothing but tears(on my end, that is). The problem, you might ask - the Delhi RPO wants a letter / fax from the Bareill…

10. Foreign Service Term Eligibility in service more than 25 years

    Sir, Greetings to everybody. I am new member. I availed E.O.L on foreign service term bet aug96 and Aug 98. I believe a central government servant can avail 5 years in life time. 13. Who has to Sign the reply of Appeal

    I had asked for information with PIO, but unfortunately after 30 days. I received unsatisfactory answer to some question. The matter was taken up with First Appealant Authority by me. After 30 days I have received a reply of my first appeal, but the reply is signed by the PIO against whom I have made appeal. Now my question is that who has to sign the reply of appeal, whether PIO or AA. If the answer AA then what should be done in such case.

14. Another RTI application returned

    An advocate filed an RTI Application Annexure "A" (see rule 3) with affixed court fee 10 rupee stamp to Tourism Officer/PIO. While the original RTI filed was not returned (and the advocate does not have a copy of it) a letter from the Disst. Tourism Dev. Officer, Kangra at McLeod Ganj wrote to the advocate requesting application on the prescribed proforma along with original treasury challan to the tune of rupees ten and enclosed a xerox copy of the prescribed proforma for further action. The proforma is Form 'A' (see rule-3(1)). Now, how to get back the original RTI filed since we don't have a copy of it and proceed further?

    I am trying to get information regarding the existance of a mamooli rasta that has been in use by the locals for the last 30 years or so but have been given the run around between one dept and another in the city corporation office. The reason is some influential political figures have interest in seeing that it is not provided. A visit to the ADLR office evoked a reply that this information is not in the public domain.     Recently there was an income tax raid on my friend's premises. After sometime he received a letter from income tax department that a person is seeking information about the details of raids like the amount found in cash during the raids, total amount of tax recovered etc. They have asked him to comment on the subject & they will decide the course of action on their own.     I am residing in Government colony we usually don’t receive water regularly, sometime there is no water supply for 5 to 6 days. 1) Why the water supply to the Government colony is irregular and less.
