  4. RTO pune delaying car re-registration/transfer process

    Hi I applied for RMA/RC Transfer for my car registered in Delhi to Pune RTO in Feb'20 and submitted all required documents along with the NOC obtained from Delhi RTO. Post lockdown I have visited the Pune RTO Thrice and each time they provide unnecessary reasons for not calculating the tax I have to pay to move the process and comple the re-registration of my car. Today when I went they told me that it's not cannot move forward as my insurance got expored in November'20.   7. Filing Second Appeal without First Appeal

    I have not received any reply to my RTI Application for six weeks now from SPIO Gurugram Police. First Appeals in the past have simply been a waste of time and I want to file a Second Appeal directly without first filing first appeal. What are the acceptable grounds for not filing first appeal which will be entertained by the SIC for allowing a second appeal directly. Any leads would be helpful.     Hello, Yesterday I travel with my brother via NH. We had an ID card for physically challenged. Some toll booth peoples asking money for crossing toll. We need some clarification about Toll Crossing for physically challenged people. (i) Is physically challenged only pass via only cash counter or we can pass via fastag counter also.   25. Rejection of photo copy of birth certificate

    A RTI was filed by third person who is an advocate also asking for attested copies of birth certificate of some Mr X.RTI was rejected quoting " this information is personal in nature Sec 8(1) j and can not be provided to third person. PIO also mentioned there is no second copy of birth certificate stored in office ( they take a print out and signed it and issue the certificate). In cases of lost or destroyed copies parents can give request on affidavit and duplicate copy can be issued. He also mentioned an advocate can't file RTI as an advocate but can as a citizen only.
