1. Requested Project Report submitted by me to bank, bank replied it is not with them, what can I do?

   I have been facing an uphill task with my bank where I had availed of a loan. Through RTI I am learning that at least a few of the documents have been missing from their files. Either that, or the bank is unwilling to grant me access to the same. The latest is my request of my own Project Report that was submitted for approval of my loan. I wanted to verify if it was tampered with. Here is the response that I received: “We have perused the records submitted by the migrating branch and the signed project report is not on our record”. 2. Bank claims my formal application is not on file. Can I ask them what steps they have taken to find the application?

   I have been facing extreme hardship from my bank where certain officials have been trying to defraud me of my property. They held a fraudulent auction which has since been set aside by the Tribunal. I had filed for copy of my formal RBI and BCSBI (Banking Code and Standards Board of India) mandated filled in Application on their file. The Bank responded that the application was not in their file! Furthermore, they had taken a letter that I had written them regarding disbursement of loan, scrawled "Application" on it, and sent that in response to my application request. 3. Can I request information of bank official who played fraud on me? How to frame appeal?

   Certain unscrupulous officials of a nationalized bank had been trying to usurp my valuable property in the city by outright illegal means. They had gone for an auction which has been set aside by the Debt Recovery Tribunal. Some of the critical information I received was through RTI with help from these very forums. These included the fact that bank officials had taken a cheque payment from an individual who did not have the money in his account when the auction was held. 8. Bank Deposit RTI

   Sir, I made an Interest payment towards Indian Bank Account of the Finance company (Current Account) Made payment vide online Kotak Bank App and downloaded receipt. Finance company stated that my payment is not reflecting in their statement as well as their account. 11. first appeal Have received an open ended response from First Appeal, do I go for Second Appeal?

    I have been seeking information from the State Bank of India, Local Branch through 4 RTI enquiries. I had not received any response from them. I filed First Appeal after the 30 days period. I received the same response from the Appellate Authority that due to COVID as well as the fact that a number of people have been recently hired it will take a while for the Branch to respond back to me. It has been over 65 days since this response, and no information has been forthcoming. Should I appeal back to the First Appellate Authority, or do I prefer a Second Appeal? Thank you very much for your help in this regard.

12. CPIO didn't transferred RTI to PIO

    I filled rti online to The Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Government of India. i wrote a RTI for getting information regarding scarcity of water supply problem in my village.     Hi All I am facing a false & frivolous criminal case against which I filed a Quash Petition in Chandigarh High Court.     Hi, I am Dattatray from Navi-Mumbai with 100% disability and recently bought car for personal use with proper modification and approval from required authorities. But I surprised to know that Maharashtra state highway toll booths collect the toll fee from handicapped person too. Either they are don’t have information or there no such rule from state government for toll exemption for handicap person.     Hi All, I have received recovery certificate from UP Rera and now magistrate/collector has to collect the dues from Builder, I want to file and RTI against tehsildhar as he is the recovery officer to identify how many recovery cases passed against this builder and how many recovery is yet to happen?
