You may make search in google search or file RTI with PIO of O/o. Chief Secretary seeking the details. Please refer:

HOW TO FILE RTI:

http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/jps50/93-how-make-rti-application-effective.html

There is facility in Bihar, through which you can file RTI application by using BSNL landline number. You may enquire details from BSNL office.

sir with regurd i want to know about ex service man quotas in bihar government job[/QUOT

No specific fixed percentage of quota is available as whole in any government job. However, it is in the recruitment rules of respective posts/grade wherein quota for different categories are defined and it varies in different cases. Hence we have to look Recruitment Rules of the respective posts.
