Dear All,

Kindly find enclosed the copy of communication received from Ministry of Defense recommending enquiry by CBI against one of my family members who have amassed wealth disproportionate to known sources of income while being in the Army.

The details of unaccounted wealth and income were revealed by undersigned in the said letter to MoD as the cleaning has to start from the one's house itself.

Request friends to start cleaning corruption from your house, mohalla, city, state & Country wherever the monster of corruption is eating the society. This country needs and deserve a corruption less nation.

Thanks for your time.

Common people do not understand the sincerity and brush them as personal jealousies and failure to maintain relations with relatives.

When our aim and object is sublime, let us proceed in our own way without caring for other's comments

(It may be shocking to some persons as to how a relative can file such complaints against his own relatives..Hard to digest reality and commitment coupled with impartiality)

Learned Mr. G L N Prasad Sir,

Common people do not understand the sincerity and brush them as personal jealousies and failure to maintain relations with relatives.

Sir, where is the point of getting jealous with your own brother? I have had the best of relations with everyone. Why I did it? There is a story which goes on like this..

I had sought some information from Excise & Taxation Commissioner office, Haryana about the list of liquor excise due defaulters and action taken by the department in 2011. You would be shocked to know that list of defaulters of Excise payable to Government had name/s of present contractors who were running liquor vends by changing the name and details. This was going on since 1998-2010. On enquiry, it was found that modus operandi of these "defaulters" running in million of rupees was to change the name & details of contractors with the connivance of Excise officials and then take contracts of liquor shops in the state of Haryana in new names thus depriving the state of its revenue. We managed to corner of the mastermind (Inspector of Excise & Taxation Department who acted conduit) by "offering" Rs 5 Lacs to get "my friend (whose firm was also on default of some Rs 7.5 lacs)" allow to bid in his pet name thus avoiding the "outstanding". We did this within knowledge of Vigilance Department & local judiciary and the said Inspector was caught red handed. The Inspector did not get bail till P&H HC and he died in Jail because of heart attack.

As a matter of courtesy I went to his house to condole the death, I was confronted by the wife of Inspector who asked me that since I was so much after corruption, "Why I do not do anything about my brother who retired as Brig. in the army who has built so many assets? Do not I see the corruption in the house?"

That day I promised to myself that I will not discriminate while following corruption cases. That is why this Complaint.

Sir, it was not easy. Each & every member of my house is annoyed, angry & cross with me but then you have to pay the cost for doing something RIGHT.

Thanks for your time Sir,

      Hello all,
I have given my LL.B 5th sem. exam and after declaration of result i was not satisfied (GOT ATKT in 1 sub. But my paper was good) with my result so I fill an rti to provide photocopy of my answesheet but they refused by saying that university will only give answercopy by filling their on answer copy request form other then they can't. Also the form should be fill under 1 week declaration of result.
After this I fill 1st appeal but the result was same. Now what should I have to do, I know you will say that go to 2nd apeal.
But what is more beneficial in my case Complaint under section 18 or 2nd apeal under 19. Actually I have re-exam after 6 months and it takes almost 1 to 2 year disclose of my appeal. So what is best option
What is best option for me for fast result appeal or complaint

Most bureaucracies prefer status quo to any change, mainly to hedge against risks and personal liability for the consequences of their decisions.
