for online applications, the program is set with certain limitations and whenever an applicant is not fulfilling these conditions , the system automatically blocks . in case of any further clarifications , you need to contact the recruiting office for more details and RTI cannot apply to this type of querries.

      01. Do Co-operative housing Societies come under the purview of the
RTI (viz. info on management of day-to-day affairs, funds received
and spent, leave and licence charges, etc.)

      02. Who is this application addressed to?

      03. Where have the fees to be paid?

      04. For info received (if at all rcvd!!!), what are the charges, and how
is the money to be paid.

      Many thanks

In a recent order, IC Ansari has ruled that reasons for denial of promotion need to be disclosed to the affected employee under Section 4(1)(d) of the RTI Act:

      http://cic.gov.in/CIC-Orders/MA-03092008-08.pdf

Under section 4 (1) (d) of the Act, all the public authorities are required to provide reasons for administrative decisions taken by them. Accordingly, in compliance with the Appellate Authority’s order, the CPIO is directed to indicate the reasons for denial of promotion to the appellant within 15 working days from the date of issue of this decision, failing which penalty proceedings u/s 20 (1) of the Act, would be initiated.
