Dear member,

Kindly file a written complaint in detail and point wise addressed to DEO with a copy to the principal of concerned school and submit it with the inward (dispatch) or alternatively mail it by Speed Post, track its delivery status on internet and take a print out when the status shows delivered and preserve it as a proof of delivery of your complaint.

Wait for say 15 days and then file a RTI application to seek information on the action taken status of your complaint by referring to the blog on the following link (enclose along with such a RTI application, a photocopy of the complaint as well as the postal track report as a proof of delivery of your complaint.)

There is no meaning in such query. A person might have failed SSC ten times but still might have passed B.L. You can not get any information through RTI as it is his personal information. However, if you are competent, file complaint before Bar Concil of India or to local bar against advocate. After one month seek such information under RTI.

(He may be an advocate clerk or consultant, first check whether his name appears in your local BA)

Yes. First find out the two different facts as per records, establish larger public interest, get the DOB entered in L.Lb and complain both to university and Bar Council of India, if you have the time and money in addition to lot of energy to fight with such disappointments.

The Union ministry of women and child development has asked the MHRD’s department of school education to act on introduction of “comprehensive sexuality education”
Replying to an RTI query, ministry’s central public information officer (CPIO) Anand Prakash, also the deputy secretary, informed that he had directed the department of school education to take necessary action on the issues related to MHRD urgently, as directed by Madras HC. He also sent a copy of his reply to Dr Indrajit Khandekar, professor and in-charge of Clinical Forensic Medicine Unit (CFMU) at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS), Sevagram.
In the order, justice N Kirubalan had directed the central government to take a decision to introduce free and compulsory comprehensive sexuality education at the high school level. It should be done to enable students to understand gender identity, sexuality, age-related physical changes and problems, and to protect themselves from sexual advances and abuses. “India has its commitment under United Nations International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) Agenda 1994, affirming the sexual and reproductive rights (SRRs) of adolescents and young people as per Article 253 of the Constitution of India,” the judge had said.
