Our people are too smart, most of the records in both Revenue & Registrar office are in most deplorable condition and it is not possible to touch the papers as you can only find some pieces here and some piees there as entire records are in brittle condition.

Rs 40,000/- fine is much but no sufficient b'coz 25,000 * 4 =1,00,000 (4 RTI Application)

Applicant can only propose and it is IC that has to dispose through penalty.
