Attacking and manhandling of employee of a govt. organisation

I am a primary teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan and bearing responsibility as Incharge of primary section of the Vidyalaya. I am responsible for conducting all the exam related work and all other activities related to primary section.

One bad incident happens with me on August 10, 2017 when I was assigning the invigilation duties to teacher for examination. One of the primary teachers came to my room and attacked on me. He pressed my throat hard and starts hurting me from his side.I was rescued by three other teachers those were present in the same room.

For this incident I have given a written complaint to my authority (i.e. Principal of the Vidyalaya) on the same day that is 10/08/2017. Unfortunately my principal sir has not taken the matter seriously and after many oral reminder, he constitute an enquiry committee of 3(three) members on 11/08/2017.

After a week, the committee has been submitted their report may be on 17th or 18th of August (officially not informed me). After the submission of report our authority has not taken any action till date and not even informed me about the result of enquiry. Now the Principal sir (our Authority) has gone on leave since 23/08/2017 and on the other side some members of the committee are trying to save the guilty person.

It seems that the incident was preplanned and some teachers were involved in this incident.

Please guide me, what the possible options I have for getting justice.

      is there any remedy to get the information on this issue ?
