One can not seek customer's transactions from Bank, as Bank is under statutory obligation of protecting customer's secrecy, whether it is public or private person.  You can never get the same from a Bank.

However that statement is not a confidential statement to public authority, and you can seek such statement from public authority themselves under RTI as it is not a confidential statement or matter and objective of RTI is Transparency and accountability in financial transactions. So seek same information from SPIO  Labour dept.,  as there are no such exemptions for that information under RTI.
