How to reply to a letter from second Appellate authority.

Question

RTI info

I have filed RTI second appeal with all documents including "RTI application, RTI first appeal to second appellate authority", Second appellate authority sent a letter to me stating that send  " A copy of First Appeal on which  the appellant has approached the second appellant authority (KIC) or If first Appeal has not been heard, please mention "First Appeal not heard" with due attestation by the appellant.

I already send first appeal to second appellate authority.

Please clarify how I should write and reply to second Appellate authority.

Send a copy once again to satisfy them and follow the directions, you may add in your reply that first appeal was already enclosed with appeal, and confirm that a copy of second appeal was also sent to PIO and FAA, and confirm that FAA has not delivered any orders.
