Restaurant Denied Customer to use Toilet..

Dear Sir,

 

I am the customer of the restaurant, After drinking tea, I went to toilet, but waiter denied to use the toilet and after some arguement the Waiter used abuse language, even beaten me ..

 

I have complained to the local Police station via Email. I have the Restaurant bill also.

 

Now what I can do further to seek a lesson to him, for not to behave same with others..

File a Consumer complaint in District Consumer Forum against the restaurant for deficiency of services, as Restaurants are supposed to offer the minimum facilities like Toilet and drinking water.  If they have a CCTV footage, you can also seek through the forum for the footage of your conversation and a waiter insulting you etc..  You need not spend single rupee for filing a complaint and you can file a complaint with bare minimum expenses of less than Rs.200/- towards costs of stationery and postage.

If you are confident that you can point out deficiency with more clarity for further use you can issue the notice.

But, if you want to ensure that the Notice is pucca in all respects, approach through an advocate.

There is no rule mandating that consumer should only issue a notice or only his advocate.

A notice has to be issued giving an opportunity for another party to explain his position in writing and he is not expected to go back from reply notice after filing a complaint. and take a different stand afresh.
