Sir as per hon'ble SC decision private bank is also public servant,the pvt banks are under RBI. and as as my knowledge pvt also do not receive;/take any aur from govt like cooperative society.it is under control of cooperative registrar then why it is not under RTI like pvt bank

Sir, can you please provide that SC decision that states that t even indirectly hints that private banks are within the ambit of RTI Act ?
