Dish tv complaint

Question

perk

I have already made a complaint on consumer forum for poor service of dish tv. Their set top box sometime works and sometimes not. No one is helping. Neither consumer forum website team nor Dish tv grievance cell

 

How can I take this matter further?

This forum is dedicated to guiding citizens in seeking information from public authorities under RTI Act.  Private entities are beyond the ambit of RTI Act.

You can complain to TRAI on their online website or pgrms

There is no website team for consumer forum and you have to file a complaint through hard copies and make a follow-up.

It is not proper to assume that the Consumer Forum is not taking any action.  Make a sincere follow up through phone and through visits.

Members can only guide on RTI matters and your issue is not within the ambit of RTI Act.
