1st Appeal related quary

Question

neel_patel

I requested for record inspection under section - 2 (j) (i) of RTI act and also I atteched copy of cic judgement regarding record Inspection appeal no - CIC/WB/A/2006/00144. but APIO didn't provide me oppetunnity for record inspection same point I raised on 1st Appeal but they said you don't have any power for Inspecting police records. You can check records when requisite information are volumious then you can select from it only. Is it legitimate ans? IMG_20190301_231134_HDR.jpg

One cannot argue with idiots.  Go for second appeal as there is no justification for Public Authority's reason for such denial.
