RTI related to action taken on registering and subscription of a new union

Please provide the details as follows:

1. Please provide the details and produce papers for action taken on KVTWA union.

 

2. Please provide details if any existing union or any officer interrupts in the process.

 

3. Please specify the maximum time limit kvs will take to send a letter for subscription to its employees of new union.

 

4. KVTWA is a registered union and all the formalities are done, please provide the reasons for not allowing it as a registered union to collect membership fee.

 

 

Community members plz guide me to make good questions.

If the management is a Public authority, seek simple information as follows:

Subject on information sought: Recognition of KVWTA union...Letter dt...

1.Please provide present status and action taken so far for giving due recognition.

2.Please provide reasons for undue delay and time frame within which decision will be communicated.

If there is delay of more than a month, report the same to the Commissioner of Labour.
