Can the Bank statements of an association be asked in a bank?

Question

kaush

Whether a bank is obliged to issue Bank statement of it's client (not individual's, of an association registered under societies Act) to anybody who asks under RTI. Does RTI provides such provisions?

No. It is a third party information. If the Society gives you No Objection Certificate then you can take the said statement from the bank.
