Question

Friends

I have received a reply from a PIO from a Central Govt organisation. However the reply runs into 5 pages and only the last page is signed by the PIO. Is it ok or should i send back the reply asking the PIO to sign every page. Please advice.

This is okay. Letters do not require signatures on all pages, though it is desirable.

In future applications if you want signature of PIO at every page, you should mention it in your application like "Please provide me certified copies of .... "

A RTI Application has been replied by an officer signing for PIO. To my understanding it is only the PIO who has to reply under his signature and name.
My application and reply copy attached
