Hi All

I am facing problem in transferring my Provident Fund from Pune to Bangalore. I communicated to Pune Provident Fund Office but there reply is below. The matter is pending from March 2010. Please tell me how to proceed in this regard. I have not yet filled RTI. Can they give the same excuse as below (Computerization issue) in reply to RTI also?

REPLY FROM PUNE Provident Fund OFFICE

---------------------------------

Hello Sir/Madam,

Due to computerization project claims have been delayed. We can't give you any tentative date. Transfer case would take some more time.

thanks

For example my PF account is MH/31860/2100. But the link about asks for 7 digit code. 7 digit account no etc.

Can any one help.
