My claim application pending in the matter of payment of gratuity

Respected sir,

re: Pga/sgp/a/b/ca/186/2005/desk 21 in the matter of payment of gratuity.

 

My above application for gratuity is pending before the office of the dy commissioner of labour, kamgar bhavan,c-20, "e"block, bandra kurla complex, mumbai - 40051 since very long and is now pending before shri. Parshetty. The stage of the case is that shri. Parshetty were supposed to pass an order in the application filed by me for the production of documents and more than 2 years has lapsed without any actual hearing.

In this circumstance i request your help/guidance.

Dear Nair Sir

 

File an RTI application with Public Information Officer of concerned office for:

 

a. certified copies of order passed by the designated official

 

b. date & mode by the above order was communicated to you.

 

c. If any order has not been passed, please provide me with the reasons (as per records in your file) for non issuance of order in the said case.

 

d. Under the law what is the time limit for passing order in such cases.Kindly supply me the certified copy of the rule.

 

RTI application as per : Mahrashtra RTI Rules - Guide

RTI fee: Rs. 10/- by D.D./B.C./IPO in favour of F.A.& C.A.O and payable at place where u are submitting RTI application.
