Labour Laws for Hospitals & Educational Institutions

Dear Sir,

RTI Application was filed with Labour Department with the following details

1.What are the Labour Laws applicable for Charitable Hospitals & Educational Institution which is registered under Trust Act?

2.What are the Labour Laws applicable in above Institutions in which Construction work is under progress?

 

The Department reply was as follows

 

The information which is with the department can by provided by way of CD & Documents, but since the Information was sought was in question mode, hence Information cannot be provided.
