नमस्ते.

आरटीआई India मंच में आपका स्वागत है

Please file RTI Application with the Registrar of Co_Op Societies of that area and seek the copy of bye-law of the society in question.

Go to Registrar of your Society jurisdiction fall. And complaint against Managing Committee praying for direction to transfer the property 8n your name as no objection from other legal heir .

Unless other legal heirs agree for change in the name, society may not effect such changes.   Contact an advocate and get guidance.  When all legal heirs have the same rights, you can not change that property in your name without knowledge and consent of other legal claimants.  Appreciate that the society has to implement the laid down norms and they have such responsibility.
