Now, i have done this a few times but a few doubts this time.

The recruitment conducted by CDAC , mohali for SSSB , Punjab was based of marks of graduation only...

merit list has been declared .

But marks posted are as 100, 95, 98.... till 56 ...and i got 68% in graduation but am not shortlisted :

so i want clarification on this........

Kindly read my points and suggest imrpovement if any ??

Also how many questions can be asked in 1 RTI ?

Provide me with certified copies of the following:

  1. Rules and Procedure followed in preparation of Merit list for post of Election Kanngo.

  1. Graduation marks of the last candidate short listed for Election Kanngo.

  1. Details of the weightage given to academic qualification and other factors (if any) in preparation of final merit list.

  1. Details of the marks secured by candidate with registration number : 111xxx

I request you to provide me Complete and full information asked in the application .

Incase of incomplete reply, I shall appeal to the concerned Appallete authority & SIC , Punjab.

      In a recent order, IC Ansari has ruled that reasons for denial of promotion need to be disclosed to the affected employee under Section 4(1)(d) of the RTI Act:
      Under section 4 (1) (d) of the Act, all the public authorities are required to provide reasons for administrative decisions taken by them. Accordingly, in compliance with the Appellate Authority’s order, the CPIO is directed to indicate the reasons for denial of promotion to the appellant within 15 working days from the date of issue of this decision, failing which penalty proceedings u/s 20 (1) of the Act, would be initiated.

      Weather we can ask the Police department recruited the Criminal antecedent person to the depatment. The make mis-conduct of police verification. Court has issued a Non bailable warrant of arrest to Accused 5 but not appear in the court, not register a LPC police people help the accused to escape from the clutches of law. Court has not trialed him and not follow the proper manner of committal. Noew the accused joined the Karnataka state police department.
      How we progress this issue.
