  1. Can Managing committee have access

    Can the members of the Managing committee get my RTI without filing application in the normal course of business. In other words will PIO give them the copies of my RTI Sent from my Micromax EG111 using RTI INDIA mobile app

    I think my query is not clear. I will rephrase it. I have filed 12 RTIs with an Institute which is a public authority. My query is can the Managing Committee get access to those RTIs filed by me in the normal course of business as tha Managing Committee? I am not asking whether individual members can get it in their names after making RTI application. Further are the RTI applications filed by me in the custody of PIO?

  8. I have filed 15 RTI applications on an Institute. In the annual Report of the Institute, the Managing committee of the Institute published the details of all RTIs filed by me, with my name, date of RTI application and subject on which the RTI application relates to. Do I have any remedy against the publication of all these details?
