Activist Ajay Dubey had filed an RTI application with the state government to know the details of proceedings of the board during the months of July, August and September last year. The civil services board is meant to be headed by the chief secretary state and has a seniormost additional chief secretary or chairman, the board of revenue, the financial commissioner or an officer of equivalent rank and status as a member.
