Dear Sir/Mam, I joined an NBFC few months ago whose joining formalities included signing an employment bond for 2 years. As then, the need for a job was very urgent, I accepted the same. But, once joined, I am not at all satisfied with the organization, reason being, they hardly respect employees and pressurize even those whose jobs are not congruent to any targets. There are other similar issues that are now forcing me to resign from the company. Many employees have followed the same thing in past, resulting the company threatening them for a legal notice. The Bond said, if I leave the organization before 2 years, I'll have to serve a notice period and atleast 2 month salary. Though, many Legal experts have voiced against any such employment contracts that are one-sided. I request you to guide me, whether any thing like this can turn up to a legal front?
Hi, I had joined an organisation in Jan 2011 . My salary as per appointment letter was to be credited every 7th of the month . But after joining the organsiation came to know it was not so and nobody got salary on time. The Jan salary i got in the end of Feb2011 after repeated followups. Same happened with Feb salary , i had to follow up but as dint recieve the same till March 15th finally walked out of the job on March 16th . I had gone to the HO of my office on March 16th inquiring for my march salary but she dint have an answer which finally made me walk out of the job. Today the company is aksing me the recovery amount for not giving 2 months notice period. Kindly advise ..
Hi Friends, My mother works in BSNL and recently when she was due for a promotion as a senior post fell vacant, the promotion was actually given to someone junior to her. My questions are: 1. Can seniority be overlooked in promotion in BSNL? 2. What help can i get using RTI? What questions should I be asking? 3. Is there a legal option available? If yes what is it? 4. A employee, who worked with a company through a appointment letter in which he was entitle for Bonus & insentive( in written howmuch per annum). the Employee, after complition of one & half years of his service left the job after given one month notice as per the terms & condition of appointment letter, but at the time of full & final settlement the employer not include bonus & Insentive in the calculation. when the employee ask about this payment the managment said that in futureif its given to another employee, we will give you. as per assurance of managment the employee getting his releiving & write down the statment on the full & final eceipt that the amount related to bonus & insentive is not include in full & final settlement. Afterthat the Employee communicate many times with the managment but no response given by them.employee send a legal notice trough his advocate inwhich he gave 7 days time to managment for solve the issue outside the court. Now the seven days has been overed, plese inform that Can a Complaint file in Labour Court? or not? if yes where is Labour Court in delhi? can we file complaint without Advocate or not? what is the procedure to file a complaint & which documents is neccessary with the complaint?
