Should I file an appeal????

First of all I am sorry if you find it a double post as I was unable to find my older post on similar subject.

I receive this reply from the PIO that due to election's in the Delhi state the concerned person is not avaialable and once he joined the department the desired information is provided to you.

So now should I file an appeal considering the fact that not only this reply came with delay of 15 days but also if I don't file an appeal now what would happen to my RTI .

Election in Delhi state is over so atleast now I should receive some reply from PIO during the hearing of my first appeal.

please share your solutions and suggestions.

Please file first appeal by referring:

First Appeal for no reply to RTI application:

First Appeal for non-reply of RTI application - Blogs - RTI INDIA- Right to Information

Administrative difficulties cannot be reason for delayed or no reply. It is decided in following judgement:

DATED : 07.01.2010

W.P.NO.20372 of 2009 and M.P.NO.1 OF 2009
