Dear Activists,

 

I have filed an online complaint against PIO and FA and signed copy already dispatch 45 days ago but status is updated on website is signed copy awaited. Moreover i have sent an email but haven't received any reply so far.

 

please confirm what should be my next step. Information is directly related to my Life and Liberty.

CIC staff do not reply emails.

 

Send one RTI giving all details such as date of filing and unique no. signed copy of the receipt you got when e filed. Date of printed and self attested copies sent to CIC with inward no. Then ask for Appeal no. given to your appeal/complaint.

Could please share the HTML of Portal where you could file ON Line Compliant aginst PIO and FA ? Did you send the signed copy by Regd AD and have you preserved the acknowledgment ?

If you have sent signed copy by Regd post or Speed post, track the delivery status on India Post, punch the receipt number, and delivery status will appear on screen. Down load screen shot and keep a copy. Search status in CIC site.

Immediately file RTI Application, seeking information on status of your appeal, and get copy the status of delivery screen shot pasted below your RTI Application and go for e filing.

 

CIC as a policy neither opens/reads individual emails nor responds to them.

In future avoid filing on line and file in hard copies. In future CIC will improve if it realizes that new PM is pro-use of technology.
