Will SBI provide details of type of constitution of one of it's saving bank account holder

I own a flat (since 2010 March) in my name in a building in Kolkata being managed by an unregistered association, by two of its flat residents as Secretary & Asst. Secretary. Though the association is unregistered but it has a savings account with the nearest SBI in the name of the building itself ("Axxxxx Apartment").

I wonder, how the bank could open a account for an unregistered association? Will the SBI let me know the details of constitution of the account holder, i.e. whether it is registered society/association, or a proprietary or partnership firm etc.

As applicant is not seeking any details, you may file application seeking information on forms 1. to be obtained for opening savings bank account by unregistered association, as per SB rules and regulations, Manual /I]detais of all forms obtained from such society for opening the account , and there is no chance of denying the same to you. If they are denied please come back before filing first appeal. (You are not seeking details, you are member of the society and an affected party)
