Super Moderator karira 5,897 Posted October 9, 2014 Super Moderator Share Posted October 9, 2014 Supreme Court has tried to curb the unhealthy practice of frequent adjournments, by making rules, so that any lawyer seeking adjournment will have to file a consent-letter for adjournment from the opposite side to be submitted to the court-registry at least two days in advance of hearing-date.
