Hi All,

 

Kindly guide in below mentioned query..

 

1. Can a information which has been sough through RTI be shared with anyone and everyone without any conditions or obligations.

 

2. Secondly if a person has obtained a information through RTI than can that person use it for commercial person as he has already obtained the information which means he has followed the rules and regulation required for that.

Mr.Rohit Goyal,

Information as per records with Public authority can only be provided to citizen. It can be shared by any body with any body and can be put into any type of use possible. When transparency is the object, there are no restrictions in RTI Act.

2.The reason and object of seeking information is not defined in RTI Act. Whether it is personal/commercial, the information can be used in what ever way it can be used without any limitations.

You have posted in wrong thread.

Benaras Hindu University at Varanasi is the most reputed and oldest University and definitely M.Ed course offered by them must be having all recongnition/sanction.

Kindly search in BHU site and UGC site and if you still have any doubts seek authentic information from UGC , New Delhi with Rs.10/- Indian Postal order Fvg., Accounts Officer, UGC and seek information from them.

Information obtained under RTI can be used in any manner by the receiver for legal purposes without any restrictions. It can also be shared.
