want to know Copy of reservation chart of neelanchal Express

Hello,

I want the passenger details of seat no. 35-50 in S2 coach of Neelanchal express ( Puri to New Delhi) on a 12 Jan 2015. How can I apply under RTI to get the required information? Against whom should I file the RTI? Please guide with all the steps needed to be taken

You can file RTI fee at the booking counter at your nearest station and obtain receipt and send application to the destination CPIO, New Delhi Railway Station or enclose Indian Postal Order for Rs.10/- fvg. Pay and accounts officer, .....New Delhi. A simple request may be incorporated as follows in the letter. The passenger details in chart include name, age, sex, travelling from and to and berth no only)

"Please provide me passenger details of Seat No.35 to 50 in S 2 Coach of Neelachal express (Puri to New Delhi) on 12th Jan, 15.

(Remember you can only get the names and not full addresses in Chart. You may have to file application once again to the Reservation office where tickets have been booked for addresses and they may or may not provide that information of address as it is third party information)

The copy of a chart costs Rs.1,000/- as copying fees. On receiving the demand you have to pay the costs to them and you will receive a copy of reservation chart of that Train and compartment No. of S2 .

(Copying fees will not apply to Railways as they have former their own set of RTI rules and regulations.

You need to file RTI with CPIO, Divisional Commercial Manager office under whose jurisdiction starting station falls.
