Police station dairy details

Sir, how can I get the police station dairy details? A false case was filed on me. Does it has date and time in the dairy?

Dear member, you can file RTI application to provide a copy of police station diary in which you can see date and time about the incident.

Whether the requested information can be provided or is exempted, is the responsibility of a PIO and not the applicant.

 

Also, please be aware that the PIO's decision is not the final word in a given matter and that as a RTI Applicant you have an access to three
tier hierarchical system by way of first and then second appeal under the RTI Act. Kindly refer to the following links to learn more about it:
