Service Related Issue

Hello,

This mail is regarding the user Manojkumar shah ( Maninagar ) .

we have purchased the package of 300 rs p.m. which was said that it will provide all the TV channels but from the past 3 months we are getting some limited channels.

we didn't get any intimation from your side whether the packages are revised or not.

Sometime set top box is not working properly form longtime.

 

I have call Mr. Sundeeep (Channel Operator ) so many times but every time he ignoring the issue.

 

Please provide me the justification on the same.

Private channel operators / private cable operators are not covered under RTI.

Issue a Registered notice under CP Act, and contact an advocate and claim compensation for deficiency of service and this is the only remedy.
