How to incorporate husband name and new address in voter ID card for wife if she is already registered in other state constituency

Hello,

I got married recently and want to incorporate husband name and new address in voter ID card for wife if she is already registered in other state constituency

There is prescribed application for cancellation of the existing card. First you have to delete name for Voter list of present constituency and file fresh application prescribed for registering your name duly incorporating name of your husband in new application. Contact either Collector's office or Municipal Office or Tehasildar's office for more details. Search in CEO website of your state.
