akhilesh yadav 138 Posted February 2, 2015 Share Posted February 2, 2015 The Lokayukta has refused to provide information about the enquiry into allegations that Leader of the Congress party in the Lok Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge, had amassed illegal wealth. Senior Civil Judge and Deputy Registrar (Administration) of the Karnataka Lokayukta—the Public Information Officer (PIO) in this case—stated thus in response to a Right To Information (RTI) application: “The information sought by the applicant has been barred under Section 8 (1) (h) of the Right To Information Act, 2005, and therefore the information sought is denied.” Read at: Lokayukta refuses to share details of probe against Kharge Link to post Share on other sites
