Your health is important. Whether leave is sanctioned or not you have to take leave on medical grounds even on loss of pay, as a fracture takes minimum of 21 days for bone growth and free moment depending on severity. Report such incident, enclose medical reports including X ray, take advice from Doctor about the curing process, get that certificate and send it to your Officer.

In other Government depts/Banks, during probation one is eligible only for casual leaves in a calender year. Even in calender year you can not take more than 6 days continuously including holidays and maximum period for CL under exigencies is just four days. Some officials are considerate and have empathy. Rest depends on your luck, as your loss of pay may extend your probation period and you may lose seniority also.
