What's the procedure for First Appeal

Hello,

I fill a RTI IN LOCAL SELF DEPT. RAJASTHAN REGARDING INFORMATION OF VACANCY THAT COMES IN SEPT. 2013 AND STILL NI EXAM NO NEWS AT ALL ......... NOW MORE THAN ONE MONTH OVER THERE IS NO REPLY FROM THE DEPT. REGARDING RTI....!!!! NOW WHAT TO DO

Dear member, what is local self department, Rajasthan? If it is a Public Authority you may file First Appeal within time limit of 30 days. Kindly refer to following link for guidance in drafting First Appeal.

Sir It is a Govt. Department in Rajasthan and on 5 March 30 days are over Now I have to write First appeal Is the Procedure same as before

Make it in a simple one page if you RTI Application in your computer. First select the right FAA. If there is no specified format applicable to your state., Reduce font, lining and compress it to half page of a paper and make you first Appeal on TOP page and your application should be xeroxed with self attestation either on First bottom portal or next side of the only page with due service proof, RTI fee counterfoil duly xeroxed on application. Use simple format.

 

First Appeal dt.............under RTI Act

Before: First Appeallate Authority,................

Appellant: Name and complete address.

PIO: Name and complete address.

Brief facts: RTI application was filed on.......but PIO has neither provided information nor denied, hence this first appeal. (RTI applilcation is provided on bottom portion with service proof or xerox on back of this appeal with service proof which ever is applicable)

Grounds for Appeal: Deemed Denial" as PIO has neither provided information nor denied stating exemption section with justification within 30days from date of receipt statutory stipulated period . under RTI

PRAYER: PIO may be directed to provide information as expeditiously as possible free of cost.
