Good decision. Even in the past, if I remember well, CIC has withdrawn such notification of entrusting inquiry work to Dy.Registrars.

Somebody should also inform our APIC also that they are empowered to act within the frame work of RTI and not to make orders. (Hon.SA is an exception)
