Hello friends!

I am a new comer in this field and I wanna start with an example so that one can able to fill RTI in more convenient way and the example is something is a RTI applicant person filed an application since he/she was seeking some information from an organisation, he/she simply took form-A, filled up all column, duly signed alongwith challan [deposited the requisite money say 50-100 (INR)] and when the organisation got the application alongwith annexure (information required questionaires), the then the organisation prepared the report and told the applicant to deposit 5000 [iNR] and the applicant deposit the same, and meanwhile one of his/her family member became serious ill and the applicant was need of money and due to shortage of money, the applicant's member has been dead and after that knowing the fact about, the applicant himself/herself made suicide....so, this example is really a very sad news......So, i wanna say in this regard, there should be a FORM along with Form-A (seeking information and applicant details) and the FORM should be fully of details about the applicant so that the deposited money can be retrieved back without retrieving the information in between during such circumstances......the form may includes bank account details, left thumb impresion, right thumb impression, blood group, identity card no./adhaar card no./fitness certificate etc. and many more columns may be included so that a rti applicant can easily deny and take his/her money back......So Friends, what say about it! Discuss please.....
