One should ask under RTI who is accountable for burden on state Govt and accountability factor for not taking steps for deputation of those officials to some other organisations for one year. The total amount of wastage is substantial for a small state like Haryana.

RTI should also prove as remedy by questioning on accountability for financial loss of Rs.11lakhs x 12 months.
