akhilesh yadav 138 Posted March 25, 2015 Share Posted March 25, 2015 In Uttar Pradesh, where a school student was arrested recently for posting alleged “objectionable” comments on Facebook against SP leader and minister Azam Khan, Section 66A has been invoked in at least 399 cases in the last two years. These 399 cases are from 46 of the state’s 75 districts, according to information obtained by The Indian Express under the RTI Act. The remaining districts are still to respond.
