Yet you may approach Election Officer/ Collector office in Kolkata.

changing the address in the voter card arises when you permanently shift your residence and not for temporary change and in this case your constituency , polling station and electroral office will also changes . you need to go to the muncipal office of the new place and find out the procedure.
