There was a boy who was driving roughly and disturbing others on bajaj pulser bike, i want to make a complain against him his vechicle no is Gj-01-CP-3113. please tell me his name and address or atleast name

You can make a complaint to traffic police, and it is their job to trace such person and book a complaint.

Please make a complaint with such date, time, place of rash driving. (owner may be different, and it is the duty of Police to investigate, and book real culprit driving without such license or for rash driving.)
