How to file the RTI to know what is the status on pattedhar application from submitted via mee Seva.

 

Have applied 2 months back. But no communication yet.

"Mee Seva" is just an outsourcing agency of AP On line and provides the documents direct to applicants, so that applicant need not make rounds to certain Govt. Dept.

You have to file Application seeking status of such issue to Mandal Revenue Officer (Tehasildar) to whom the application was filed. Use the following format.

Application dt....seeking information under RTI Act filed

Before SPIO, Mandal Revenue Officer (Tehasildar)................witgh

RTI fee: Rs.10/- Adhesive Court fee affixed on TOP RIGHT PORTION of this application.

Brief facts: Application for pattedar pass book on..............for Survey No.....at .......Village through Meeseva. Copy of receipt pasted below the application for reference.

 

Information solicited;

1)Please inform time frame fixed for providing Pattedar pass book as per laid down norms.

2)Please inform the specific reasons for undue delay in delivery of pass book.

3)Please inform the name of the employee, designation, mobile number with whom the application was pending for issue, and all office notes till to-day stating such reasons for delay.

4)Please provide any letter so far posted to this applicant, raising objections if any that is hindering issue of pass book.
